How does it work?

The first step is to schedule a 20-minute FREE consultation to discuss your needs. Then I will provide you with a written proposal which includes feedback, suggested direction for your Resume, LinkedIn, of Coaching Sessions, pricing, and turnaround time. The goal is to keep the process as simple as possible and maintain your voice throughout the project.

How Much Is This?

Each client is at his/her own stage in career and has unique needs. There is no fixed price. I will determine a price during consultation and once both parties have agreed, we will proceed.

What is your client success rate?

Let me state up-front I am not a recruiter. My goal is to empower my clients with the tools, knowledge and methods for career advancement. However, I can share with you the following:

1. Referrals are 30% of my business which means my clients get results, value our work together, and trust me with their friends, family, and colleagues.
2. Many of my clients return as their careers progress. It’s so rewarding to have a former client contact me to work on their next performance evaluation or salary negotiation for an upcoming promotion!
