Great Question! My advice is to keep it simple. Try asking, “When are you looking to make a decision?” The question affirms your interest in the position you are interviewing for while projecting the right amount of confidence.
One question to avoid is, “Do you think my skills make me a good candidate?” The entire interviewed is to determine if you and your skill set is a good fit for the position. Asking if you are qualified at the end of the interview not only annoys the interviewer but also shows a lack of confidence. DON’T DO IT!
